RapidClad for home renovation

Stone and brick feature walls, fitted fast

Give a fireplace, media wall or living space the look of stone or brick without a masonry build. Cultured concrete slips clip onto rails fixed to the wall, then the joints are pointed. Less mess, less disruption, and done in days rather than weeks.

Why RapidClad

What you get

Less mess, less disruption

Slips are held mechanically, so there’s no heavy masonry and far less wet work in your home.

Days, not weeks

At 30–40 m² a day, a feature wall goes up in a fraction of the time it would take to lay stone.

The look of stone or brick

Cultured concrete slips with the texture and colour of stone or brick, pointed for a traditional finish.

How it works

Fix it. Clip it. Point it.

Steel rails fixed to a wall

I

Fix it

Rails are fixed to the prepared wall, already set to your course height. Every line is level before a single slip goes on.

Stone and brick slips clipped into rails

II

Clip it

Cultured concrete stone or brick slips clip into the rails. Each one is held mechanically, so there’s no bedding mortar to wait on.

Pointed joints between slips

III

Point it

Joints are pointed for the look of a traditionally built wall. Then you move on to the next one.

Speed

30–40 m² a day, not 4–8

Traditional stonemasonry lays a few square metres a day. RapidClad’s rails set every course in advance, so slips clip straight on — up to ten times the area in the same day.
